       Communication information: When you contact our customer service or report a problem, we will collect your contact information, message content and other relevant data, such as your name or alias, email address, IP address and any additional information you provide. This is mainly used to respond to and resolve your feedback.

2.2. Data we actively acquire

       Device data: including device model, operating system version, IP address, unique device identifier, time zone, system language, etc.

       Data used: Data related to how you use the application, such as chat duration, interaction frequency, content clicked, and functions used.

       Log data: When you visit the application, we may automatically collect log data, including error reports, crash logs, etc., which are collected anonymously.

       Technical Data: Through third-party SDKs supported by the app store (including Firebase, Tenjin, Facebook, Google Play billing, etc.), we automatically collect and analyze data at critical junctures of app services to optimize products and enhance user experience. Adjust collects vast amounts of data about devices, ad identifiers, and in-app behavior, with the core purpose of providing advertisers with accurate measurement of marketing effectiveness. For users, understanding their data collection behavior allows them to limit tracking capabilities through privacy settings in their mobile systems.

c. Agora-Delivering low-latency HD calls: privacy policy

The SDK collects device and network information to optimize call quality, but does not store your call content.

d. Rongcloud-Provide instant messaging capabilities for the App: privacy policy

The data automatically collected by the SDK from a technical perspective: device unique identifier, this cup model and system information, IP address, network type, link status, application information, user ID, etc., to ensure efficient connection and message transmission.

e, Google Play billing payment related: privacy policy

The Google Play billing system collects Google account information, transaction records, device information, and some payment credentials for transaction completion, subscription management, fraud prevention, and compliance review.

2.3. Personal sensitive information should be disclosed in detail

       Personal Information Subject to Authorization: With your consent, we may collect sensitive personal data including microphone access, photo album permissions, and camera authorization settings.        User data display: In order to help you find the right chat partner, we will show your basic information (such as nickname, profile picture, gender, etc.) to other users, and also present their relevant information to you.

       Communication experience optimization: Based on your usage data (such as chat duration, number of interactions, etc.), we will adjust the matching mechanism to improve the accuracy of recommendations, so that you have a better social experience.

       User behavior analysis: By analyzing your usage habits (e.g., chat duration, match success rate), we will continue to optimize the service and improve your experience.

6.3. Special Notes:

7. Minors's Privacy Policy

a. Completely delete the relevant data to ensure that it is completely removed from the server and database;

b. Freeze the corresponding user account to prevent them from continuing to access or use the application;

c. Send an account closure notice to the user, specifying that his/her data has been deleted;

d. The user is prohibited from registering again and submitting any personal information.

7.3. Child reporting mechanisms

       If you find any suspected underage users during the use of the Service, please keep relevant evidence and report to us through customer service email or in-app complaint channel. We will complete verification within 72 hours after receiving the report and inform you of the result by email.

       If you are a parent or guardian and find your minor under your care using this app, please contact us immediately through our customer support email or complaint channel. We guarantee to complete user identity verification within 24 hours and take appropriate measures. The resolution will be communicated via email. Additionally, guardians can delete or uninstall the app themselves.

Please note that parents or guardians should supervise minors 'use of this app. If minors use the service by falsely reporting their age, the guardian will be held responsible. We recommend strengthening minors's cybersecurity education and monitoring their online activities to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.

We are committed to building and maintaining a healthy, safe, and strictly regulated online community. To this end, we solemnly pledge a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and have established this Child Safety Standards accordingly. This public document outlines our specific measures to ensure full compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

These standards are the fundamental guidelines for the platform and are legally binding on all users and all content on AaoJi.

8.1.   A Solemn Declaration Regarding the Strict Combation of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

AaoJi solemnly declares that it adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. This platform strictly prohibits all of the following behaviors, considering them an inviolable bottom line:

       Creating, uploading, or disseminating any content containing pornography or sexual innuendo about minors.

       Enticing, online deceiving, coercing, or manipulating minors in any form.

       Soliciting, attempting to obtain, or trading nude photos, private photos, or sensitive personal information from minors in any way.

       Conducting any sexually suggestive dialogue, role-playing, or other inappropriate interactions with minors.

       Any attempt to entice or deceive minors to commit the aforementioned illegal acts.

This platform will take the most severe measures against all violations and will report them to judicial authorities in accordance with the law.

8.2.   Child Protection Measures

8.2.1.   Strict Access Control

AaoJi is a service strictly limited to adults aged 18 and above.
We ensure this rule is enforced through a rigorous age verification process. Any underage accounts discovered will be immediately banned and deleted.

8.2.2.   Comprehensive Content Review

We employ a dual mechanism of "automated system screening + human expert review" to monitor platform content around the clock, including:

       All live video streams

       Text chat logs between users

       Images, videos, and other media files uploaded by users

       Any suspicious behavioral patterns that may involve or harm minors

       For identified high-risk or clearly illegal content, we will take immediate measures such as deletion and account banning, and report to law enforcement agencies as appropriate.

8.2.3.   Immediate Reporting and Response

We have established a convenient reporting channel for users, which can accept the following reports:

       Content or behavior involving child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

       Suspected underage users

       Any enticement or inappropriate behavior targeting minors

We promise that all reports, especially serious and urgent CSAE-related reports, will be initially reviewed and prioritized within 24 hours.

8.2.4.   Prohibited Content and Behaviors

To thoroughly protect minors, the AaoJi platform strictly prohibits and will not tolerate the following content and behaviors:

       Strictly Prohibited: Disseminating Inappropriate Content Involving Minors

  1. Sharing, creating, or possessing images or videos of minors who are naked, partially naked, or have undergone sexual alteration is strictly prohibited.
  2. Using AI or any other technology to generate or deepfake sexually suggestive content depicting minors is strictly prohibited.
  3. Publishing pornographic descriptions, fantasies, or engaging in related role-playing involving minors in text, language, or other forms is strictly prohibited.

       Strictly Prohibited: Engaging in High-Risk Behaviors Targeting Minors

  1. Solidly soliciting images, videos, personal data, or other private information from minors in any form is strictly prohibited.
  2. Luring or Deceiving Minors Through Gifts, Money, Virtual Items, or Other Benefits is Strictly Prohibited.
  3. Impersonating a Minor for Any Inappropriate or Deceptive Interaction is Strictly Prohibited.

       Strictly Prohibited: Crossing Legal Boundaries Regarding Child Safety

  1. Engaging in any activity that violates current child protection laws and regulations is strictly prohibited.
  2. Collecting, Storing, or Using Minors' Personal Information Without the Explicit Consent of Their Legal Guardians is Strictly Prohibited.
  3. The production or dissemination of any content that may harm children's safety or physical and mental health is strictly prohibited.

8.2.5.   Handling of Violations and Enforcement Measures

To ensure the effective implementation of our platform's safety policies, any violation of our safety standards (especially those involving child safety) will result in a series of severe escalation penalties, including but not limited to:

       Immediate Content Handling: Permanent deletion of all violating content.

       Account and Device Penalties: Depending on the severity of the violation, the account involved will be temporarily frozen or permanently banned; in serious cases, device bans will be imposed to prevent future registration.

       Legal Accountability and Cooperation: We have zero tolerance for such behavior. The platform will:

  1. Report suspected cases of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) to law enforcement agencies in accordance with the law.
  2. Reserve all rights to pursue legal action against violators.

8.3.   Age Restriction and User Qualification Statement

This service is strictly limited to adult users aged 18 and above. We explicitly prohibit any child under the age of 13 from using our services; any such account discovered will be proactively and immediately deleted.

We will not knowingly collect or use any personal information of children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please stop using this service immediately.

If we unintentionally collect personal information of children under the age of 13, we will delete it immediately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations upon becoming aware of it.

8.4.   Protection of Personal Information for Children Under 13 Years Old

We strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and take the following specific measures to protect children's privacy:

9.2. Delete personal information

You have the right to request the deletion of account data, chat history, payment information, etc. Submit your account deletion request through the "Settings" section. We will process and remove the data within 7 working days. In cases involving legal compliance, fraud investigations, or outstanding payments, certain information may be temporarily retained in accordance with the law until the matter is resolved and fully deleted.

9.3. Delegation of authority and control of data processing

       Permission management: You can disable location, notifications, microphone, and camera permissions in device or app Settings. Disable permissions that may affect some features (such as location-based services or video calls).

       Unsubscription of marketing notice: You can stop receiving marketing content through the "subscription link" in the email or the App notification setting. Service notifications (such as account security reminders) may still be retained.

       Data processing controls: You can turn off matching recommendations, use behavior analysis, or manage the extent to which data is shared with third parties in "Privacy Settings."

       Request Response: We will process your request within 7 days and respond via email. Data that cannot be deleted temporarily will be explained according to law. If you have any other privacy questions, please feel free to contact customer service for consultation.

10. Changes and updates

       This policy will not be updated at will unless Google Play policies and requirements, laws and regulations change, new features and services are introduced, or business and technical adjustments are made.

       We may notify you of any updates, including but not limited to in-app notifications, email, announcements, etc.

       If you continue to use the application after receiving this update notification, you agree to the new policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you can adjust your data processing permissions on the privacy settings page, contact customer service for other solutions, or deactivate or delete your account or application.
